To be honest, QR codes don't seem that popular in North America, but here's a hack anyway, and it's easy.

  1. Make a QR code for http://malware.example.com/driveby, optionally obscured by a URL redirect service
  2. Print said QR code on some stickers
  3. Carefully graft stickers over existing QR codes, like on a bus ad
  4. ...
  5. Profit?

The QR code app I have for Android tells me the URL for the QR code it's scanned, but worth a shot, right?
